Walter Chang, GM
As the General Manager of 3D-P, Walter is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the company. He previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to CEO in 2019, and later to GM after the Epiroc acquisition of 3D-P. Walter is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience, primarily in domestic and international oilfield services. Prior to joining 3D-P, Walter has held senior financial positions including Controller and Vice President of Finance and Administration for publicly traded and private international oilfield services companies. Walter graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Nigel Slater, Director, Business Development
Nigel has worked in a variety of settings and with experience in multiple technologies, including high-powered lasers, defense, broadcasting, microwave, telemetry, safety-of-life communications, audio/visual, remote environmental monitoring and mining production application.
His current role as Director, Business Development with 3D-P is focused on Head of Country activities for Australia. Externally, his remit is on strategic partnering and the development of business outside of North and South America, with Australia being the central focus.
